Clear rules for fulfillment, shipping, preorders, returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged products, and payment disputes.
Overview
Atomic Skeleton is a brand owned and operated by Legendary Tapir Publishing LLC. In this policy, “Atomic Skeleton,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Legendary Tapir Publishing LLC and the Atomic Skeleton store it operates.
This policy explains how orders, shipping, returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, preorders, and payment disputes are handled for purchases made through Atomic Skeleton.
Order Fulfillment
All products offered through Atomic Skeleton are sold by Legendary Tapir Publishing LLC.
Comic books and certain other products are stored and shipped directly by us. Many apparel, accessory, and merchandise products are produced and shipped by third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partners.
Items from the same order may be produced at different locations and delivered in separate packages.
Prices, Taxes, and Payment
All prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected as required by law.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers. Atomic Skeleton does not directly store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is not free unless a specific promotion expressly states otherwise.
Available shipping methods and shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.
Orders containing products with different fulfillment methods may arrive in separate packages. Customers will not be charged additional shipping beyond the amount displayed during checkout unless reshipment is required because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided.
Processing and Delivery
Processing and delivery estimates may be displayed on product pages, during checkout, or in order communications.
All processing, shipping, and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Production time, product availability, destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Print-on-demand products require production before shipment.
Preorders
Preorder products ship when the applicable production or print run becomes available.
Any expected release or shipping date is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Customers will be notified using the email address associated with the order if a preorder experiences a substantial delay.
A preorder may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before it ships by contacting support@atomicskeleton.com.
Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Orders containing products with different fulfillment methods may receive multiple tracking numbers.
Incorrect Delivery Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an order is returned or cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Contact support@atomicskeleton.com within 30 days after delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
Please include the following information with your request:
- Your order number.
- A description of the problem.
- Clear photographs showing the item and the problem.
- Photographs of the packaging when shipping damage is involved.
After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement or refund.
Customers will not be charged return shipping when the return results from an incorrect, damaged, defective, or misprinted product.
Lost Shipments
Contact support@atomicskeleton.com within 30 days after the estimated delivery date if an order has not arrived.
We will review the shipment and available carrier tracking before approving a replacement or refund.
Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may not qualify for a free replacement or refund.
Returns
Products shipped directly by us may be returned within 30 days after delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Print-on-demand products are created after an order is placed. Returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or preference changes are not accepted for print-on-demand products unless required by applicable law.
Contact support@atomicskeleton.com before returning any product. Products returned without authorization may not be accepted or refunded.
Unless the return results from our error or an incorrect, damaged, defective, or misprinted product:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring the return reaches the provided return address.
Exchanges
Direct size or preference exchanges are not available for print-on-demand products.
An incorrect, damaged, defective, or misprinted product may qualify for a replacement under this policy.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
We will submit an approved refund within five business days after approving the request or receiving and inspecting an eligible return. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund to the customer’s account.
Original shipping charges are refunded only when an entire order is refunded because of our error, a defective product, or a shipment confirmed as lost.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled by contacting support@atomicskeleton.com before shipment or production begins.
Print-on-demand products cannot be cancelled after production begins. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the applicable return process.
If an order contains multiple products, cancellation may apply only to products that have not entered production or shipped.
Payment Disputes
Contact support@atomicskeleton.com if you believe a charge is incorrect, duplicated, unauthorized, or connected to an unresolved order problem. We will review the transaction and work with you to resolve valid concerns.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you may have to contact your payment provider or exercise rights available under applicable law.
Promotions
Promotions, discounts, or special offers may include additional terms, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, or product limitations.
Any additional promotion terms will be displayed with the applicable offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection laws.
