Atomic Skeleton Terms of Service

Overview

Atomic Skeleton is a brand owned and operated by Legendary Tapir Publishing LLC. In these Terms, “Atomic Skeleton,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Legendary Tapir Publishing LLC and the Atomic Skeleton services it operates.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Atomic Skeleton website, accounts, forum, chat, mobile applications, games, store features, content, and related services.

By accessing or using Atomic Skeleton, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an Atomic Skeleton account or use community features.

If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use Atomic Skeleton only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and maintaining the security of your account.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless you promptly notify us that the account has been compromised.

You may not impersonate another person, create an account using information you are not authorized to use, transfer your account without permission, or use another person’s account without authorization.

Community Conduct

Atomic Skeleton may include forums, chat, profiles, comments, and other community features.

You may not use these features to threaten, harass, exploit, defraud, impersonate, spam, distribute malware, violate another person’s privacy, infringe intellectual-property rights, or engage in unlawful activity.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect Atomic Skeleton, its users, or others.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Atomic Skeleton, subject to any rights held by others.

By posting content through Atomic Skeleton, you grant Legendary Tapir Publishing LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, promote, and improve the Atomic Skeleton services.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and grant this license.

Public content may remain visible to other users until it is removed by you or by us. Some copies may remain temporarily in backups, logs, quoted replies, or records required for security or legal purposes.

Atomic Skeleton Content

The Atomic Skeleton name, characters, stories, artwork, logos, designs, website content, game content, merchandise designs, and related materials are owned by Legendary Tapir Publishing LLC or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative commercial works from Atomic Skeleton content unless you have written permission or applicable law expressly allows it.

Atomic Skeleton™ is a trademark of Legendary Tapir Publishing LLC. Use of the Atomic Skeleton name or branding does not grant ownership or trademark rights.

Store Purchases

Products offered through Atomic Skeleton are sold by Legendary Tapir Publishing LLC.

Product descriptions, images, availability, prices, and estimated delivery information are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Colors, packaging, placement, and other product details may vary slightly from how they appear on a screen.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order because of product availability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, legal restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Prices, Payment, and Taxes

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may change over time.

You authorize our payment provider to charge the payment method selected during checkout for the order total, including applicable shipping charges and taxes.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected as required by law.

Preorders and Print-on-Demand Products

Preorder release and shipping dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Print-on-demand products enter production after an order is placed and may be produced or shipped by third-party fulfillment partners.

Cancellation, return, replacement, and refund eligibility for these products is governed by our Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy.

Promotions

Promotions, discounts, giveaways, contests, or special offers may include additional terms, eligibility requirements, product restrictions, geographic restrictions, or expiration dates.

Additional promotion terms will be displayed with the applicable offer and become part of these Terms when you participate.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to previous purchases.

Third-Party Services

Atomic Skeleton may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping providers, fulfillment providers, email services, hosting providers, analytics providers, app stores, and social platforms.

Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Legendary Tapir Publishing LLC is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

Service Availability

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to maintain, secure, improve, or operate Atomic Skeleton.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

Security and Prohibited Access

You may not attempt to bypass security controls, access accounts or systems without authorization, interfere with service operation, scrape protected information, test stolen payment credentials, introduce malicious code, or use Atomic Skeleton to attack another service.

We may investigate suspected abuse and cooperate with service providers or lawful authorities when appropriate.

Termination

You may stop using Atomic Skeleton at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access when you materially violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, misuse the services, or threaten the rights or safety of Atomic Skeleton, its users, or others.

Terms that reasonably need to continue after termination, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will remain in effect.

Disclaimers

Atomic Skeleton services and content are provided on an “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legendary Tapir Publishing LLC disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legendary Tapir Publishing LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use Atomic Skeleton.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability resulting from fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the state in which Legendary Tapir Publishing LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be handled by a court with lawful jurisdiction over the parties and the dispute.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Atomic Skeleton grows or its services change.

When we make an update, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of Atomic Skeleton after updated Terms take effect means the updated Terms apply.
